IMN Winter Series – Quarterly report – Cultures of Connection: Intercultural Ministry for Newcomers Project.

In Q2, the project was delivered through a structured, multi-session model combining virtual-first programming with strong partner collaboration. Over 8 sessions were implemented across diverse themes, leveraging institutions such as TWSLIP, TMU, Service Canada, and PNSG to expand reach and credibility. The system shifted from a small pilot model to a high-volume delivery approach, using accessible formats and partner-led sessions to scale participation and maintain consistent engagement.
