Tracy Pratt Stuchbery

Tracy Stuchbery serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Integration Initiative (OII), where she leads the organization’s governance and strategic oversight in alignment with its mission of advancing belonging, equity, and integration across Ontario.

A dedicated arts educator and community builder, Tracy is the founder and director of Acorn Piano Studio, where she has cultivated an inclusive and creative learning environment for over three decades. Her leadership combines a passion for mentorship, accessibility, and excellence in the arts with a deep commitment to equity and community engagement.

As Board Chair, Tracy provides thoughtful guidance to OII’s leadership team, ensuring that decisions are transparent, community-informed, and grounded in integrity. She brings to the role a strong sense of collaboration, creative problem-solving, and a belief in the transformative power of inclusion and education.
