Accessible Mental Health Support
Our work is Providing safe spaces, counselling access, and culturally-sensitive programs to help individuals and communities build strength and balance.Our Weekly circles and intergenerational storytelling nights, community wellness activities and more foster balance.

Voices of Equity
The Voices of Equity project builds awareness, solidarity, and justice by addressing racism, amplifying Indigenous histories, and affirming 2SLGBTQ+ identities. Through education, advocacy, and cultural exchange, the project fosters inclusive communities where every voice is valued.
Survivor support Circles
The Survivor Support Circles project centers survivors of intimate partner violence and related harms, offering safe spaces for healing, resilience, and empowerment. It prioritizes survivor voices while providing culturally responsive support, peer networks, and system navigation.
